Namasthe India ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit localhost, place an order, make a reservation, join a loyalty or rewards program, purchase gift cards, contact us, or otherwise interact with our restaurant online or offline.

We collect information directly from you, through our website and applications, from Tilvo as our technology provider, from payment processors, delivery providers, POS systems, loyalty and messaging providers, communications providers including Telnyx where enabled, advertising and analytics partners, social media platforms, and from public or commercially available sources.
3. How We Use Information
- To accept, prepare, fulfill, deliver, refund, and support orders, reservations, catering requests, gift cards, and loyalty activity.
- To create and maintain customer accounts, remember preferences, and personalize the guest experience.
- To communicate about transactions, account activity, support requests, operational updates, and marketing where permitted.
- To improve menus, service quality, website performance, restaurant operations, fraud prevention, and security.
- To conduct analytics, advertising, promotions, surveys, and customer retention campaigns.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, resolve disputes, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

- Tilvo, POS providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, messaging and telecom providers including Telnyx where enabled, loyalty vendors, payment processors, delivery/logistics providers, and other service providers that help operate our business.
- Delivery drivers, catering partners, event partners, or fulfillment participants as needed to complete your request.
- Advertising and analytics partners for measurement, attribution, and targeted advertising where permitted by law.
- Professional advisors, insurers, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other parties when required or permitted by law.
